Calling All Volunteers!
The volunteer trip to Zambia will take place between 7th and 25th August 2025. If you’re passionate about education, community service, cultural exchange, and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
6,000 Members and Counting!
Since our new library at Chibolele opened its doors in December 2024, we have been overwhelmed (in the best possible way) by visitors. The response of the local community has been incredible, with people of all ages finding their place within our walls to such an extent that we are now struggling to cope with the numbers.
Solar Panels Now Installed at the library!
In February 2025, Solar panels were installed on the roof of our library at Chibolele so as to provide us with cheap and reliable electrical power at all times.
Our New Library is Now Open!
On the 11th December 2024, the new library is finally open and the turnout has been overwhelming. Thank you to all who made this project possible.
Looking Forward to 2025
After our expansion in 2024 with the construction and finishing of the new library and the establishment of our new container library in Kawama, 2025 is going to be our year of consolidation.
Container Libraries- Kawama update
Our third container library is getting a makeover. As of December 2024, the windows on the new container library in Kawama has it’s windows cut, window frames in and we are waiting on the instalation of the glass panes.

The Library Construction is finished!
In August 2024, we completed construction of our purpose-built library on a site in Chipulukusu provided by the Zambian Ministry of Education.
