If your school is disposing of books, laptops, or educational material, send them our way!

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming generosity and support we have received from our donors and supporters. Thanks to your kindness, our warehouse and container are now completely full of donated books and educational materials. As a result, we are unable to accept any further donations of materials at this time. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, collected, transported and supported our work—your generosity makes a real difference. We expect to resume accepting donations of books in a few months and look forward to welcoming donations again then.

Most schools in Zambia have no books!

We are always seeking good quality children’s books and school books, as well as metal-racked book shelves and basic school and educational supplies.

We are also in need of good quality laptop computers and laptop bags.

We source these materials in Ireland and we bring them out to Zambia where such materials may not be available – at any price. In Ireland, the books are sorted and packed and the laptops are cleaned, have their hard-drives wiped and updated and appropriate software loaded. In Zambia the books and laptops are provided free of charge to schools in the area around Chipulukusu and to our own libraries, so that the articles that are discarded here in Ireland will have a new half-life in Zambia, where they will be very much appreciated and valued.
